Mittwoch

Gestern Abend waren größtenteils die selben Jugendlichen da als auch schon am Abend zuvor. Viele von ihnen sind durch Mirjams Zeugnis und persönliche Gespräche echt nachdenklich geworden. Wir hoffen, dass der Abend heute entweder tatsächlich zum Entscheidungsabend für einige wird ("Großes erwarten!") oder einen weiteren Schritt auf dem Weg zu Gott darstellt. Betet bitte für eine absolut gesegnete Atmosphäre hier, dass sich die Leute wohlfühlen und bemerken, dass hier etwas anders ist. Gott wirkt tatsächlich und hilft uns, uns gegenseitig anzunehmen und das auch den Besuchern weiterzugeben. Der Jugendliche aus Paderborn hat heute Nacht sogar bei uns übernachetet, anstatt seinen letzten Abend vor der Abreise mit Drogen und seinen Kumpels zu verbringen.

Der Junge, der am ersten Abend Alkohol dabei hatte kam heute schon vor 15 Uhr (Workshopbeginn) wieder und war genauso nüchtern wie gestern. Und das obwohl keiner ihm sagte, er solle den Alkohol zu Hause lassen. Er hat einfach von sich aus beschlossen, dass das hier nicht hingehört. Betet für diesen Jungen, dass er heute wirklich Gott kennenlernen wird. Gott hat schon so viel an ihm getan, obwohl er das noch nicht so sieht. Das Ganze ist gleichzeitig eine riesige Gebetserhörung, weil im Gebetszelt kontinuierlich für ihn gebetet wurde und er es tasächlich schafft, nicht zu trinken obwohl das vorher sein Alltag war. Seine Freunde sind positiv überrascht und teilweise echt perplex, weil sie ihn so nicht kennen. Betet, dass er auch mit all den anderen Drogen aufhört.

# Gute Gespräche mit den Jugendlichen. Danke auch, dass sie jeden Tag so früh wie möglich herkommen, nur um Zeit mit uns zu verbringen und weil sie sich angenommen fühlen.
# Gott hilft uns wirklich, die Jugendlichen anzunehmen.
# Gott erhört so viele unserer Gebete auf wunderbare Weise.

# Austin hat uns gestern verlassen und fliegt heute nach Amerika zurück. Betet für Bewahrung auf seiner Reise.
# Die Stimmung innerhalb der Gruppe ist etwas gespannt und die Motivation im Moment relativ am Nullpunkt, zumindest bei vielen. Betet bitte, dass jeder einzelne seine Aufgabe trotzdem ernt nimmt und nicht vergisst, dass das hier für Gott ist und vielleicht manchmal auch bedeutet, dass man trotz Demotivation
für ihn arbeitet.
# Die meisten Jugendlichen, die herkommen sind männlich. Bete bitte, dass heute abend einige Mädels kommen, weil es immer besser ist, wenn Mädchen mit Mädchen und Jungs mit Jungs reden können.
# Der Schlüssel für unseren Toiletten-PAvillion ist heute verloren gegangen. Bitte betet, dass wir ihn wiederfinden, weil wir sonst ziemlichen Ärger bekommen.
# Betet für Weisheit für unser Abendprogramm in Horb. Ein Abend ist noch nicht gefüllt und wir sind uns nicht sicher, was wir als Programm anbieten sollten.



Yesterday evening we had mostly the same young people here than the evening before. Most of them got really thoughtful and touched by Mirjam's testimony and the personal conversations. We hope and pray that tonight will either be the time of decision (expect the greatest!) for them or at least another big step towars God. Pray for a blessed atmosphere in here. God is already really working, he helps us to accept the people and to show them this acceptance. One boy even stayed here overnight instead of spending the last day of his holiday with his friends smoking and drinking.
The boy who was here the other day came back today even before the workshops had started and he was sober again. He does that without anybody of us having asked him to leave the alcohol at home. He just decided for himself that this kind of stuff doesn't belong or fit here. Please pray that he will really got to know God tonight. God has already worked so much in him although he doesn't actually see it that way. The whole thing is one big answered prayer because the prayertent-people continuously prayed for him. He gets through the days without alcohol and that is amazing because his whole day actually consisted of drinking alcohol.

# good conversations with the young people. Also give thanks because they come back everyday just to spend time here because they feel accepted and loved.

# The group atmosphere is kind of tense and the motivation is quite low right now. Please pray that we would nevertheless do what we're here for and that we won't forget that it's God work.
# The majority of the people coming here are boys. Pray that some girls would come tonight so that girls can talk to girls and boys with boys.
# We lost the key for our toilet-pavillon, it's just vanished. Pray that we would find it because if we don't we'll have a lot of huge problems.
# pray for wisdom concerning our evening program in Horb. There's one night that's still without program.
